What? Emotional and physical fitness for couples! Three hours of fun-filled, fascinating learning for couples of all ages.
Join us to learn about the 5 foundations in Emotional Fitness for Couples and the great way that couples can work out together without hiring a trainer..After we all say hello, we will do some fun-filled and manageable coupled physical exercises led by (certified) trainer, Brenden O. This will be followed by time to reflect on what is emotional fitness and how do we achieve it. Led by couples expert, Clinical Psychologist Dr. Judith Coche, we will work with exercises from workbooks designed to give you the best knowledge in coupling that we can provide! . Then, a quick break and more physical fun together with coupled and group workout routines, and more time to reflect on how to work towards the physical and emotional optimal life you deserve. The time will fly as you learn simultaneously on many levels!
Who are your Leaders? Well qualified experts with advanced certification and degrees. Dr. Judith Coche is a Clinical Psychologist with decades of expertise in coaching, workshop, and therapy work with couples, families and individuals ( www.cochecenter.com) Brenden O has a bachelor degree in Kinesiology and is certified by American College of Sports Medicine as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Association.( www.brendeno.com ) We enjoy working together to bring you the best in training in emotional and physical couples’ fitness.

Take home exercises on couples communication skills to resolve conflict and tell someone how important they are to you. Tips on how to be an emotionally and physically fit couple! What to bring? Work out comfy clothing and a big smile. Bring your questions about how to be a physically and emotionally fit couple. See if you can stump the leaders! We’ll provide a great, open space that is air conditioned, state of the art equipment and workshop exercises, good will and lots of teaching skill. We just need you to complete the workshop!
Where? (The exact address). Weekend street parking often available. Easy access by bus (??). A short walk from city hall. Taxis and Uber abound. Come into the studio and find us there starting at 1230

Special cost for the pilot: $75.00 per couple.. We need 9 to 16 couples. First come first served! Please do join us for a very very smart way to learn coupling!
